Colombian model and beauty queen who was crowned the winner of the Miss Colombia 2015 pageant while representing Chocó. She went on to represent her home country at the Miss Universe 2016 pageant.
She studied Industrial Design and Photographic Image Production at Jorge Tadeo Lozano University.
She became the second woman from Chocó to win the crown after Vanessa Mendoza in 2001.
Her parents are physician Antonio Tovar and Business manager Xenia Rosa Velasquez.
She and Ariadna Gutierrez have both been crowned Miss Colombia.
