Became a web star after creating his YouTube account ninebrassmonkeys, where he posted a 12-part video series titled Becoming YouTube. Before his web fame, he was known as a Journalist, Writer, and contributor to Radio Times and Doctor Who Magazine.
For Radio Times, he wrote for the series Skins, The X Factor UK, Kröd Mändoon and the Flaming Sword of Fire, and Doctor Who, among many others.
He had a book published titled Doctor Who: The Writer's Tale in 2008.
Born in London, he attended Richmond upon Thames College and later Collingwood College at the University of Durham.
He interviewed one of the Doctors himself, David Tennant, for Doctor Who Magazine.
