She graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a Bachelor of Science degree in Cognitive Science, with a specialization in Human Computer Interaction. She also minored in Digital Media Production.
She began working with XDA-Developers as a Blogger and reviewer in July of 2012. She previously worked an odd job as a sales expert at Petco.
She is from Seattle, Washington. She introduced her husband Jon in a YouTube video called "My Husband: Unboxing and Hands On."
