His full name was Franco Miguel Hernandez Lumanlan.
His personality attracted more than 60,000 followers to his hashtag_franco Instagram account.
He and his girlfriend Janica Floresca were on a motorboat when they were hit by a wave. Hernandez tragically drowned while his girlfriend survived.
He joined Hashtags at the same time as Maru Delgado.
