Polish Politician who served as Prime Minister of Poland from July 2006 to November 2007. He is also known for being the co-founder of the Law and Justice Party.
He was born in Warsaw and earned his PhD in Law from Warsaw University.
He and his brother starred in the 1962 film The Two Who Stole the Moon.
