Teacher, Composer, Producer, and award-winning Saxophonist who started off as a clarinet with the Band of the Coldstream Guards.
He received a scholarship to the Royal College of Music in London after success playing clarinet. He took up saxophone there and went on to commercial success.
His work on Terror and Magnificence was nominated for a 1999 Grammy Award.
He was born in Newcastle upon Tyre.
