Rio Olympics qualifying diver who missed out on competing at the 2012 games by just 0.4 points. She has won numerous junior championship titles and claimed a first place victory at the 2010 AT&T National Diving Championships in the 1 m springboard event.
She was a child model before she got invested in diving.
In 2010, she was named the 2010 high school girls national champion in the National Interscholastic Swim Coaches Association diving All-American program.
She was the 5th of 6 children born to parents Kevin and Lauren Cook. Her siblings are named Kevin, Kara, Kelsey, Kylie and Kendall. Her sister Kara was a diver at Purdue University.
She is a friend of Tom Daley, a fellow diver who was rumored to have been linked romantically to Kassidy. However, it was revealed that Tom was gay.
