Born Ricardo Brown, he is a Rapper and a former Vice President of Death Row Records. He is also a member of hip hop duo Tha Dogg Pound, alongside Daz Dillinger.
He was raised in Philadelphia and came out of the rap scene from there.
He is a member of the rap supergroup The HRSMN, which features artists such as Killah Priest and Ras Kass.
He is the cousin of Rapper Redrum781. He married Gail Gotti in August 2007. They have a son named Tren together.
He appeared on Snoop Dogg's debut album Doggystyle.
