Fitness instructor and strongman competitor who won England's Strongest Man in July 2016. He regularly competes at the World's Strongest Man competition.
He first competed as a strongman in 2005. He signed up as a novice and came in 8th place. Two years later he won the Midlands qualifier.
He became the UKSC Midlands Strongest Man and also won the UKSC England's Strongest Man in 2009.
His father was Iranian and his mother was English. He has a daughter named Ava.
He lifted host Noel Edmonds above his head when he competed on Deal or No Deal.
