Iranian Actress who has starred in the films A Separation, Kamalolmolk, The Last Step, Felicity Land, and The Deserted Station.
She studied French Literature at the École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne.
Her role as Hamid Nematollah in the 2008 film Pennilessness earned her a Crystal Simorgh Fajr International Film Festival Award for Best Actress.
In 1998, she married Ali Mosaffa. She and Ali have two children.
She co-starred with Peyman Moaadi in the critically acclaimed 2011 drama A Separation.
