English boxer who won the WBO Light Middleweight title in October of 2015 by knocking out John Thompson. He's held multiple titles throughout his career, the first being a Commonwealth Light Middleweight title in 2012 when he was 24.
He was a successful amateur boxer, winning two ABA Championships (2007, 2008) while fighting for Rotunda ABC.
His nickname is Beefy. He's the third of four brothers, all of whom are professional boxers. By the end of 2015, their combined record was 98-7-1.
His older brothers are Paul and Stephen and his younger brother is Callum. He also has a sister named Chloe.
He was scheduled to defend his WBO Light Middleweight belt against Shane Mosley in December of 2015, but contract negotiations fell through. Smith fought, and defeated, Jimmy Kelly instead.
