CrossFit athlete and coach who has become a multiple-time OC Throwdown and placed as high as second at the CrossFit games. She is also an Olympic Weight Lifter who took second place at the 2011 National Weightlifting Championships.
She was a talented volleyball player growing up, playing the sport at California Lutheran University.
She opened her own Crossfit affiliate, Autumo CrossFit, in August 2015.
She married a man named Arsenio, with whom she has a son.
She and Lauren Fisher have both represented Team USA in CrossFit.
