It was in 1988 that he started to invest his initial profits in the stock market and that's how he built his abundant fortune. Today, only his Geracao Futuro L Par fund, out of which he owns 92%, is worth $1 billion. As for his other assets, they include some real estate in Sao Paulo state and Brazilian bonds. A native Brazilian, Mr. Parisotto currently resides in the city of Manaus in the Amazon. Moreover, he is a firm contributor to the protection of the Amazon rain forest and he serves as vice president of the Foundation for a Sustainable Amazon.
