Bollywood film and television actor most well known for his work in the movies Ashoka the Great, Blue, and Awara Paagal Deewana.
He made his acting debut playing the villain in 2000's Champion. The following year he was nominated for the Filmfare Best Villain Award.

He was married to his wife Rina from 1998 until her death by cancer in 2009. They had one son named Siddharth. His brother, Mukul, is also a well known actor.
