Known for his Juno-nominated 2012 album The Closers, this Canadian-born hip-hop musician and music Producer also released singles such as "Can I Get A [Bom Bom]," "Take It Slow," and "SYKE."
While attending Loyola Catholic Secondary School in Mississauga, Ontario, he began producing his own and others' music. By the age of twenty, he had produced several tracks for the Rapper Drake.
He directed a short film titled Trespassing; the work was screened at the Toronto International Film Festival.
Born Ritchie Acheampong, he grew up in Toronto, Ontario, in a family of Ghanaian heritage. His mother, Elizabeth, worked in a warehouse, and his father, Morgan, was a cab driver.
He produced tracks for Busta Rhymes ("Undescribable") and K-os and Nelly Furtado ("I Wish I Knew Natalie Portman").
