One half of the Dutch music duo Firebeatz, he and his partner Jurre van Doeselaar have become well known for dance floor hits like "Dear New York" and "Helicopter." The pair have made a name for themselves working on EDM singles with producers like Calvin Harris and Martin Garrix.
He met Firebeatz partner Jurre van Doeselaar at the School of Arts in Tilburg and, after discovering their similar interests in music, they formed Firebeatz in 2008.
The Firebeatz track "Wonderful" gained acclaim from DJs like Afrojack and Thomas Gold.
He has two sisters named Karmen and Kim.
In 2014, Firebeatz released the single "Last Train" with Tiesto and an appearance by Ladyhawke.
