Known best for her role as Denise in the 1990s and early 2000s Singaporean sitcom Under One Roof, Lopez was also in the cast of such series as Random Acts, Zero Hero, and Shiver. In addition, she had a lengthy, award-winning career as a Singapore-based radio disc jockey.
She studied at both Assumption English School (in Bukit Timah, Singapore) and Ngee Ann Polytechnic (in Clementi, Singapore).
Early in her career, she hosted a television music show titled NiteRage.
She grew up in Singapore in a family of Chinese, Thai, and Portuguese descent. Following her divorce from DJ Mark Richmond, she married English Engineer Wayne Gladwin.
She co-starred with Nadya Hutagalung in a film titled The Leap Years.
