Self-taught yogi known as Yoga Racheal who founded the Practice Royalty series for the black and brown community. She teaches sold out classes and retreats all over the country. She also teaches regular classes at Green Tree Yoga in Inglewood.
She was a former Gymnast who suffered from body manipulation and taught herself yoga through YouTube videos.

She grew up in Riverside, California and spent the majority of her childhood taking gymnastics classes.
