Russian National champion Gymnast who also won gold medals in team competitions at the 2014 and 2015 World Championships. She specializes in rhythmic gymnastics and was the Russian Rhythmic Gymnastics all-around gold medalist in 2016.
Her first gold medal finish came in 2011 at the Junior Irina Deleanu Cup, winning the all-around. It was a process eight years in the making, as she'd started training at the age of five.
She reached the top 10 of the world rankings in her first year at the senior level, climbing to number three in 2015.
She comes from an athletic family, with a brother who's been both a Gymnast and a judoka.
She beat out Margarita Mamun to take all-around gold at the 2016 National Championships.
