Original Drummer for the hard rock band Shinedown who was given the gig after being the seventh person to audition.
He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in anthropology. He was involved with their band program.
He pursued cooking as a hobby and would often share recipes on Shinedown's website.
He fathered his first child, Stella, with his wife Lori in January 2011.
He is a fan of Gene Simmons.
