Scottish actor and Comedian who appeared in The Last Samurai and Gulliver's Travels. He was nominated for a BAFTA for his role in Mrs. Brown and appeared in the 1996 film, Muppet Treasure Island, and in the 1999 cult classic film The Boondock Saints.
