Pastry chef who hosted the television show Le Gâteau de Mes Rêves and worked at Michelin Star restaurants like Hotel Negresco and Plaza Athenaeum. In 2005, he won the World Pastry Cup as a member of the French team.
He originally wanted to become an Architect but switched his focus to cooking at around age 15. He went to a culinary school in Angers, France.
He founded his own pastry school called Michalak's Master Class in Paris in 2013.
He married actress Delphine McCarty in 2013. He has a son named Victor.
