Declan's birth was announced on Fall Out Boy's band Twitter account, as well as on the social media profile of talk show host Ellen DeGeneres.
Declan's parents, Patrick Stump and Elisa Yao, were together for many years before marrying in 2012 and settling in Chicago, Illinois.
His father's bandmate Joe Trohman also welcomed a child in 2014, a daughter named Ruby with wife Marie Wortman Goble.
