Arizona University star forward who was selected second overall in the 2011 NBA Draft by the Minnesota Timberwolves; traded to the Sacramento Kings during the 2013-14 season.
As a freshman at AU, he averaged nearly 16 points a game, earning Pac-10 Freshman of the Year and All-American honors.
In his rookie season with the Timberwolves he averaged nearly 9 points a game and participated in the Rising Stars Challenge, as well as the Slam Dunk Contest.
He was born in La Mirada, California.
He played alongside point guard Ricky Rubio on the Timberwolves from 2011 to 2013.
