Cambodian-born Australian Politician who was elected to the Victorian Legislative Assembly in 1996. He was also the Chairman of the Victorian Indo-Chinese Communities Council from 1984 t0 1992.
He came to Australia in 1970.
He was President of the Cambodian Association of Victoria before joining the Victorian Legislative Assembly.
