Professional CrossFit athlete who was named the Second Fittest Woman on Earth in 2017 and has been a six time CrossFit games competitor.
She first began competing in CrossFit tournaments in 2012, though she'd been training since 2011.
Outside of competing, she has also owned the Brisbane gym CrossFit KOVA.
She has a younger sister. Her boyfriend's name is Matt Saunders.
Both she and Brooke Wells are CrossFit athletes who have been named some of the Fittest Women on Earth.
