Nutritionist who first gained attention with her web series Fruits and Roots, which led to regular appearances on such TV shows as Nine Network's Today and A Current Affair. She is the author of the books The 20/20 Diet (2012) and The Happy Cookbook (2016).
She earned a Bachelor of Health Science degree from the Endeavour College of Natural Health.
Her book The Happy Cookbook won the Australian Book Industry Award for Illustrated Book of the Year.
She has a younger brother named Tristan.
She has frequently appeared as a nutrition expert on A Current Affair, hosted by Tracy Grimshaw.
