Goalkeeper who joined the Honduran national team in 2000 and became their longtime starting goalie, appearing in over 100 matches.
He began his professional career with Real Comayagua in 1995.
He won the Best Goalkeeper Award in the 2011 CONCACAF Gold Cup as well as the Man of The Match award in the 2010 FIFA World Cup in a meeting with Switzerland.
He was born and raised in Comayagua, Honduras.
He played alongside Amado Guevara on the Honduran national team for a decade; during their stints with the team, they became the top two most-capped players in the history of the Honduran national team.
