Best known as the youngest daughter of legendary singer and musician Sly Stone, the frontman of Sly and the Family Stone, she is also a singer and DJ renowned around Los Angeles.
She grew up attending a Japanese-Bilingual elementary school and eventually spent a short time living in Japan while in college. Though she'd taken piano lessons as a child, it wasn't until a performance while in Japan that she resolved to pursue music more seriously.
She makes up one piece of the Oakland-born hip hop group Wallpaper.
Her older half-sister, Sylvette, is the daughter of trumpet player Cynthia Robinson. Her older half-brother, Sylvester Jr., is the son of her father's first wife, Kathy Silva.
Her uncle is Freddie Stone, Guitarist for Sly and the Family Stone.
