In 2016 Reine worked as the lead with Academy nominated Director Darrell Roodt on the feature film Siembamba, which is a horror film set to premier in 2017. In the beginning of 2017, Reine completed filming on the TV series Origins produced by Nat Geo. Reine worked alongside James Badge Dale in 20th Century Fox's The Empty Man, which is set to premier in 2018.
