NHL goalie most famous for his years with the Philadelphia Flyers, becoming the winningest goalie in Flyers history. He won the Conn Smythe Trophy in a losing effort against the Edmonton Oilers in the 1986-87 Stanley Cup Final.
He played junior hockey for the the Melville Millionaires in the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League.
