Actor who earned praise for his role as Pete Campbell on the acclaimed TV Series, Mad Men.
He started acting at the Children's Theatre Company in the city of Minneapolis and made his screen debut in 1993 for Untamed Heart.
Before his success with Mad Men, he appeared on the TV show, Angel for three seasons.
The youngest of six siblings, he has four older sisters. He married Gilmore Girls star Alexis Bledel in June 2014. They welcomed their first child in October of 2015.
He has had a love/hate relationship with Donald Draper on Mad Men, who is played by Jon Hamm.
