Chef who started co-directing the show Cocineros Argentinos on Public Television in 2009. She has over 110,000 followers on her ximena_saenz Instagram account.
She studied Design of Image and Sound in the UBA and Gastronomy in the Argentine Institute of Gastronomy.
She worked in advertising for years before leaving it all behind to work in the kitchens of Hotel Vista Sol, Dashi, and Restaurant of the Evita Museum.
Her son is Martin Sabater.
She and Christopher Kimball have both worked as chefs on public TV.
