She first began her acting career in 2005, earning small roles in the film The Beast and the Beauty and on the SBS television series Biscuit Teacher and Star Candy.
Her early career was trademarked by appearances in music videos for artists like Park Sang-min, Yoon Gun, and KCM.
She was born Ma Young-seon.
In the 2016 series One More Happy Ending, she stars alongside Jang Na-ra, Yoo In-na, and Kwon Yul.
