Television show host of Big Brother Canada and radio personality, she also hosts Big Brother Canada Side Show and a morning radio show on 91.7 The Bounce called Arisa and Ara.
She studied journalism at Carlton University and upon graduating became an on-air reporter for the radio station CTV Ottawa. She later hosted E! Canada's E! News Weekend from 2007 to 2009.
The first season of Big Brother Canada in 2014 landed Arisa her first Canadian Screen Award nomination for best host.
She married Shaun Cox in June 2009; they have a daughter named Aella and a son named Cassius. She has traveled between Toronto and Edmonton for work.
She has hosted the Big Brother Side Show spin-off series alongside Peter Brown.
