Known within the band Piso 21 by the nickname of Dim, he is a singer, Guitarist, Producer and Composer who co-founded the aforementioned band. His band is responsible for singles such as "Me Llamas," "Suele Suceder" and "Quitate La Pena."
He attended the Medellin-located School of Music where he was a member of the choir. He won several singing competitions as a solo performer at the San Ignacio school.
He and Piso 21 have been nominated for a Latin Grammy Award and Kids Choice Award Mexico. He co-authored a song called "Feria en mi Casa" which was the anthem of the Medellin Flower Fair for years.
