Famous as a member of the 1970s and 1980s Dutch pop group Luv', this Indonesian-born singer contributed to such hits as "Casanova," "Ooh, Yes I Do," and "Trojan Horse." Her solo albums include Red Light and All This Way.
Brought together by music Producer Hans van Hemert, she, Marga Scheide, and Jose Hoebee formed Luv' in 1976.
She was the subject of several early 2000s reality television programs, including Patty's Posse, Pat's Life, and Absolutely Patty.
She was born and raised in Sorong, Dutch New Guinea (present-day Indonesia). She was married several times and had numerous affairs; her second marriage, to Italian music Producer Carlo Nasi, resulted in a daughter named Priscilla.
She worked with the notable session singer and keyboard player Billy Preston.
