Cake designer best known as a judge on the reality cooking series "Food Network Challenge". She has also been the Director of the largest sugar art show in the country, the Oklahoma Sugar Art Show.
She was born in Australia and released her book, "Romantic Wedding and Celebration Cakes", in 2001.
She was inducted into Washington D.C.'s International Cake Exploration Societe Sugarcraft Hall of Fame.
Her husband is an airline pilot who was one of the few pilots allowed to fly in the aftermath of the September 11th, 2001 attacks on the World Trade Center.
She has been a judge on "Food Network Challenge", which was hosted by Claire Robinson.
