Drummer for Alice Cooper from 1967 to 1974 who was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame with the rest of the band.
He attended Camelback High School and met his bandmates, all of whom attended Cortez High School, soon after.
He performed with Blue Oyster Cult in the early 1980s.
He is from Akron, Ohio. He married Beatrix Heavens and he has a son named Doug and a daughter named Sharon.
His drumming was influenced by Keith Moon.
