2005

In 2005, Heather won the women's doubles at both the England Junior Championships and the Welsh International. In 2009, she was successful four times internationally, and in the following year she won the bronze medal at the European Championships in women's doubles.

2007

The BWF Grand Prix has two level such as Grand Prix and Grand Prix Gold. It is a series of badminton tournaments, sanctioned by Badminton World Federation (BWF) since 2007.

2014

She competed in the mixed team and mixed doubles event at the 2014 Commonwealth Games where she won silver medals respectively. She also won mixed team bronze in 2010.
