Former ballet Dancer who promotes self-care and healthy eating on her blog, Naturally Sassy, as well as her popular Instagram account of the same name. Her dedication to promoting a positive relationship with food has landed her in The Guardian, Marie Claire, The Daily Mail and other outlets.
She trained under Dancers from the Royal Ballet School in London.
She published her first cookbook, Naturally Sassy, in 2015.
She is the daughter of composer Rupert Gregson-Williams. Her sister Sadie is the founder of the online magazine Hip and Healthy.
Her uncle is also film composer Harry Gregson-Williams.
